When Will My Order Be Sent?

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post and delivery is free within the UK (excluding trade and bulk orders). We use packaging that is designed to fit through a standard A4 sized letterbox so you don't need to stay in waiting for your delivery. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday), often quicker. Please allow extra time (up to 7 days) for your order to be dispatched during holiday periods and over the busy summer wedding season. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of placing your order please contact us.

Need your stencil the next day? We can send out your stencils by special delivery if required, add Special Delivery to your order HERE. All requests to send out orders by special delivery must be agreed with us by email or phone before the order is placed. We cut the stencils to order so need time to actually cut the stencils and then run down to the Post Office before the last post of the day goes!

Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes we do ship to international destinations. Please contact us before placing an order for delivery outside of the UK and we will advise you of any additional postage costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to North America.

Do you give trade discounts?

Yes we do give trade and wholesale discounts, if you think you will qualify for a trade discount please contact us.

I don't have a Paypal account - can I still place an order?

We use Paypal to handle our online payments, however you do not need a Paypal account to purchase goods as they also offer a facility to pay by credit and debit card. Should you have problems using our payment system please contact us and we will help you. Click here for more instructions. If you wish you may pay by cheque drawn on a UK bank, please email us your order and we will send you detail of how to pay by cheque. Under no circumstances will goods ordered by cheque be dispatched until the cheque has cleared, please allow 10 - 14 days for the cheque to clear.

I love your stencils, but I want something different, can you help?

We design and manufacture all of our stencils ourselves so can easily cut stencils to your requirements. We charge a one off nominal design fee and then charge for each stencil ordered. This allows us to offer personalised stencils with no minimum order. Contact us for a chat and a free quote - make that special occasion truly unique!

Your stencils are wonderful but it wasn't what I was expecting.

We offer a 14 day, no quibble, money back guarantee. Just return your purchase unused and in it's original packaging for a full refund of your purchase price excluding any additional postage charge paid, such as but not limited to Special Delivery. Please fill in the back of the shipping invoice to indicate the reason for returning your purchase. The purchaser is responsible for paying any postage charges to return goods and this cooling off period doesn't apply to custom orders.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Sorry we are an internet business and don't have a retail outlet. However we often attend the larger Sugar Craft Exhibitions such as Cake International so you may see us there. We manufacture all of our stencils to order so don't keep any stock of stencils. If you want to get hold of us please contact us for a chat and we will try and help you.
